Let Sweet Surrender work with you to design the perfect cake for your special day!

When selecting a wedding cake, taste should be just as important as appearance, because the cake always leaves guests with a lasting impression. Thus brides can choose from any of the award-winning cakes on our menu. Combined with our contemporary wedding cake designs, this allows you to have a delicious and memorable Sweet Surrender cake on your wedding day.

All of our wedding cakes are made from scratch, to order.  This means that your cake is made fresh for your wedding day!  

Wedding Cake Consultations

Wedding Cake Consultations are scheduled by appointment only. 

At your appointment, you will first watch a slideshow of some of the wedding cakes Sweet Surrender has created. Personal photos are also welcome at the appointment, if you already have a cake design in mind. Together we will work to design the exact look of your dream wedding cake.

Once the design has been determined, you will then get to taste an assortment of available flavors. Sweet Surrender does not charge extra for different flavors in different tiers of the cake, except for cakes containing liquor, so you can choose more than one of your favorites of our award-winning recipes for your wedding cake.

The length of an average appointment is 45 minutes. Call the café at (502) 458-6363 to check the availability of your wedding day and to schedule a free consultation. Keep in mind that for busy wedding seasons such as June and October, it is recommended that you order your cake at least six months in advance.
